Telephone lines are open 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Please have your membership number available if you phone or quote it in any correspondence, so that your address can be verified. A replacement copy will be sent to you, but please note that Warners have been instructed not to replace copies presumed lost until 14 days after each issue’s publication date.
